Field Service Professional – Smart Home Installations

About the role

Join Vivint Smart Home as a Field Service Professional in Rochester, MN. You will be the face of the brand, installing cutting‑edge smart home technology and helping customers protect and automate their homes.

Key responsibilities

• Install, service, and troubleshoot security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
• Assess customer homes on‑site and recommend upgraded equipment or service enhancements.
• Educate homeowners on the operation of their new smart home systems.
• Maintain accurate documentation of installations and sales activities.

Required profile

• Customer‑first attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
• Sales mindset – experience in retail, B2C sales, insurance or service sales is a plus.
• Willingness to learn technical installation skills and grow within a national organization.
