Field Service Professional – Smart Home Installations

About the role

Join Vivint Smart Home’s field team to install cutting‑edge smart home technology and provide on‑site sales recommendations that enhance safety and convenience for homeowners.

Key responsibilities

• Install, service, and troubleshoot security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
• Assess customer homes during visits and recommend upgraded equipment or service plans.
• Educate homeowners on system operation and best‑practice usage.
• Maintain accurate service records and follow company safety protocols.

Required profile

• Customer‑first attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
• Sales mindset; experience in retail, B2C sales, insurance or service‑based sales is a plus.
• Technical aptitude; background in cable/satellite install, pest control, construction, or solar is helpful.
• Willingness to learn and grow through coaching and leadership training.
