Field Service Professional – Smart Home Installations

About the role

Join Vivint Smart Home as a Field Service Professional, the front‑line expert who installs and maintains cutting‑edge smart home technology for customers in Clinton, MS. You will combine technical installation skills with on‑site sales to deliver safer, more connected homes.

Key responsibilities

• Install, service, and troubleshoot security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
• Assess customer homes on‑site and recommend upgrades or additional services.
• Educate homeowners on system operation and best practices.
• Maintain accurate service records and report any issues to the support team.
• Drive a company‑provided vehicle to appointments and manage your schedule efficiently.

Required profile

• Customer‑first attitude with strong communication skills.
• Sales mindset – experience in retail, B2C sales, insurance or service sales is a plus.
• Reliability and integrity when representing the brand.
• Willingness to learn and grow through ongoing coaching.
