Field Service Engineer – Medical Imaging (St. Louis, MO)

About the role

Join Philips as a Field Service Engineer focused on medical imaging, delivering exceptional service to customers in the St. Louis area. You will use your technical expertise to install, troubleshoot, service, and maintain advanced imaging equipment while building strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, adhere to entitlements, set expectations, and meet arrival times.
• Install, troubleshoot, service, and maintain medical imaging equipment at customer sites.
• Generate service revenue by understanding the customer’s business and competitive environment.
• Complete administrative duties such as timesheets, work orders, expense reports, preventative maintenance, and installation documentation.
• Travel across the St. Louis region, with average driving time 1‑4 hours daily and occasional overnight stays.

Required profile

• 1+ year experience in diagnostic imaging service or 3+ years in electromechanical industries; ultrasound experience preferred.
• Associate Degree in electronics or equivalent; BSEE/BSEET/BSME/BSMET preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and on‑call rotations.
• Ability to safely work with radiation sources and wear required PPE.

Required skills
