Field Sales Representative – Outside Sales (Full‑Time)

About the role

As an Outside Field Sales Representative for Statewide Remodeling, a Renuity company, you will build and nurture relationships with prospective and existing homeowners across multiple states. You will receive pre‑qualified appointments and focus on presenting home‑improvement solutions without cold calling.

Key responsibilities

• Learn product lines, presentation techniques, and negotiation skills.
• Work closely with leadership and mentors to achieve sales milestones.
• Develop, present, and negotiate sales contracts.
• Provide best‑in‑class customer experience throughout the sales process.
• Maintain a full schedule that may include evenings, Saturdays, and occasional Sundays.

Required profile

• Positive, flexible, determined, and persuasive personality.
• Experience in hospitality, food & beverage, mortgage, real estate, solar, or B2C sales is a plus.
• Strong ambition, self‑motivation, and self‑discipline.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and speak publicly with confidence.
• Approachable demeanor and reliable vehicle with a valid driver’s license.
