About the role

Booksy is looking for a motivated Field Sales Representative to be the face of the brand in the Miami/Hialeah region. You will help small beauty businesses adopt Booksy’s technology, driving growth and fostering long‑term relationships.

Key responsibilities

Expand Booksy’s footprint across South Florida by acquiring new beauty‑industry clients.
Generate leads through cold calls, walk‑ins, and social‑media outreach.
Conduct product demos, attend industry events, and educate clients on the app’s features.
Maintain a robust sales pipeline and track progress using CRM tools.

Required profile

2‑4 years of field sales experience, preferably in technology or SaaS.
Based in the Miami area with a personal vehicle for client visits.
Results‑driven attitude with a proven record of exceeding sales targets.
Fluency in Spanish is mandatory.

Required skills

Salesforce (CRM usage for pipeline management).

What we offer

Base salary $50,000‑$65,000 per year plus uncapped commission.
