Field Sales Representative – Home Improvement

About the role

Renuity is looking for energetic Field Sales Representatives to help homeowners upgrade their spaces. You will be the face of the brand, delivering personalized home‑improvement solutions directly at customers' doors.

Key responsibilities

• Present Renuity’s products and services through interactive in‑home sales presentations.
• Set and pursue individual sales targets, tracking progress and reporting results.
• Promote and negotiate contracts for windows, doors, baths, kitchens, roofing, and related upgrades.
• Maintain a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Collaborate with the regional team to ensure smooth installation and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and able to work independently.
• Exceptional customer‑service attitude with strong communication skills.
• Willingness to work evening and weekend appointments.
• Personal vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
• Passes a criminal background check.

Required skills

• In‑home or B2C sales experience (preferred).
• Familiarity with home‑improvement products such as windows, doors, baths, kitchens, roofing, HVAC, or automotive sales is a plus.
