Field Sales Representative (Home Improvement)

About the role

Renuity is looking for a motivated Field Sales Representative to join its fast‑growing home‑improvement team. You will work directly with homeowners, presenting our products and services, and helping them upgrade their homes with minimal hassle.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver interactive sales presentations at customers' homes.
• Set and achieve individual sales targets and track performance.
• Promote Renuity’s product portfolio, including windows, doors, baths, kitchens, roofing, and more.
• Develop, present, and negotiate sales contracts.
• Maintain a full schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and able to work independently.
• Exceptional customer‑service attitude.
• Willingness to work evening and weekend appointments.
• Personal vehicle with a valid driver’s license.
• Passes a criminal background check.
