Field Sales Manager – Rocky Mountain Region

About the role

Rambler, a fast‑growing sparkling water brand, is seeking a Field Sales Manager to expand retail and distribution across the Rocky Mountain region, primarily in Colorado. Based in Denver, you will act as a brand ambassador, driving growth in grocery, independent, and on‑premise channels.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct 10‑12 store visits daily to secure new placements and secondary shelf space.
• Manage daily relationships with distributors and execute local market plans.
• Build and maintain relationships with grocery managers, on‑premise accounts, and key partners.
• Drive volume and distribution to meet quarterly sales targets.
• Partner with third‑party merchandisers to ensure display execution and in‑store visibility.
• Support demos and local event activations in collaboration with marketing.
• Monitor and report weekly on sales, growth opportunities, and competitor activity.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated, solutions‑oriented, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
• Experience in the beverage industry with solid knowledge of Colorado grocery dynamics.
• Reliable vehicle and willingness to travel throughout Colorado and surrounding areas.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Slides or PowerPoint.
• Advanced Excel, Word, and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with VIP and Karma platforms.
