Field Sales Manager

About the role

The Field Sales Manager will lead a team of sales representatives in South Dade County, driving sales volume and distribution objectives. You will coach, plan, and execute strategies to meet performance goals while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coach a team of sales representatives, conducting regular one‑on‑one meetings.
• Develop and monitor performance enhancement plans, including 90‑day evaluations and MBO tracking.
• Identify skill gaps and create customized coaching plans.
• Pre‑plan each sales period with representatives, setting targets and defining key accounts.
• Participate in interview, selection, and onboarding processes with HR.
• Maintain relationships with key accounts, conduct business reviews, and resolve customer issues.
• Plan and execute supplier surveys and coordinate supplier ride‑withs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience.
• Proficient PC skills with Microsoft Office and presentation software.
• Results‑oriented with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to multitask, work independently or within a team.
