Home Genius Exteriors is seeking a Field Sales Manager to lead and grow a high‑performing sales office in the home improvement sector. This full‑time, field‑based position offers uncapped earnings and a fast‑track to ownership within a rapidly expanding national brand.

Key responsibilities

• Hire, train, and coach sales representatives through classes, workshops, and field development.
• Lead weekly meetings, track performance metrics, and drive quota achievement.
• Manage schedules, complete cancel‑save appointments, and keep daily operations running smoothly.
• Conduct regular coaching sessions and performance reviews.
• Build a high‑performing team culture aligned with the company’s mission of delivering a different experience.

Required profile

• One‑call close experience in exterior or interior remodeling (non‑negotiable).
• 3+ years in sales with at least 1 year in a sales‑management role.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Strong leadership instincts, coaching ability, and communication skills.
