Field Sales Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Field Sales Consultant to join our Partnerships team in Orlando. In this field‑first position you will own a defined territory, meet merchants face‑to‑face and drive adoption of EPOS systems, integrated payments and standalone terminals.

Key responsibilities

• Own and grow a local territory by identifying high‑potential hospitality, retail and service businesses.
• Re‑engage aged leads, convert missed opportunities and generate new prospects through in‑person networking, referrals and canvassing.
• Position integrated payments as a core component of every solution and capture standalone terminal sales.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close and hand‑over to onboarding teams.
• Collaborate with Inside Sales, Onboarding and Customer Success to share market insights and support early‑stage retention.

Required profile

• Proven field or face‑to‑face sales experience, preferably selling POS systems, payments or merchant services.
• Strong track record of closing deals and generating leads through in‑person prospecting.
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Highly resilient, self‑motivated and target‑driven.
• Desirable: knowledge of the hospitality or retail sector and SaaS sales experience.
