Field Marketing Specialist – New Haven, CT

About the role

Coldwell Banker Realty is seeking an enthusiastic Field Marketing Specialist to partner with local real estate agents in New Haven, CT. You will help agents grow their businesses by leveraging Coldwell Banker’s marketing programs, technology tools, and brand resources.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with branch managers to identify agents needing strategic marketing support.
• Consult agents on personal marketing strategies, highlighting the Core 4 pillars (production, coaching, culture, wealth building).
• Develop digital marketing plans, including organic and paid social media campaigns, and enhance agents’ online profiles.
• Conduct annual digital scorecard reviews to assess online presence and recommend improvements.
• Provide one‑on‑one issue resolution and assistance to agents as required.
• Prepare and promote monthly training calendars, delivering workshops on various marketing topics both in‑office and virtually.
• Support regional offices by presenting at meetings, assisting with awards, and representing the brand at community events.
• Assist newly affiliated agents with onboarding and set‑up for success.
• Create personalized recruiting presentations for VIP agents and collaborate with the creative team on local ad campaigns.
• Maintain compliance with Fair Housing language, REALTOR® regulations, MLS standards, and Coldwell Banker brand guidelines.
