About the role
Coldwell Banker Realty, the #1 residential real‑estate brokerage in the United States, is seeking an enthusiastic and strategic Field Marketing Specialist to help local agents grow their businesses using the company’s industry‑leading programs and technology. The role protects the brand image and showcases the “Core 4” value proposition (production, coaching, culture, personal wealth) to agents.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with branch managers to identify agents needing strategic marketing and brand support.
- Consult agents on personal marketing strategies through group and one‑on‑one sessions, highlighting the Core 4.
- Develop digital marketing plans, including organic and paid social media, online profiles, and customer testimonial promotion.
- Conduct annual “digital scorecard” reviews to assess online presence and recommend improvements.
- Provide issue resolution and individualized assistance to agents as needed.
- Prepare and promote monthly educational and training calendars, delivering workshops in‑office and online.
- Support regional offices by presenting at meetings, assisting with awards, and representing the brand at community and charitable events.
- Assist newly affiliated agents with onboarding, recruiting presentations, and local ad campaign creation.
- Maintain competitive intelligence, ensure compliance with Fair Housing, REALTOR® standards, MLS, and Coldwell Banker branding.
- Travel weekly to multiple offices within the assigned region.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, creative agency, or communications (field marketing preferred).
- Prior real‑estate industry experience is a plus.
- Strong project‑management, critical‑thinking, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for interacting with agents and staff.
- Solid understanding of basic design principles.
- Experience working in multi‑functional, multi‑location environments.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and ability to learn new online tools.
- Basic knowledge of paid social‑media campaign development.
- Strong presentation, writing, and public‑speaking capabilities.
- Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and follow up on open items.
