Field Marketer

About the role

Join Mad City Windows & Baths, a proud member of the Renuity family, as a Field Marketer. You will engage directly with homeowners in local neighborhoods, introducing our home‑improvement services and scheduling free in‑home product demonstrations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑person outreach to homeowners in assigned territories.
• Present remodeling services and special offers through friendly conversation.
• Generate interest and arrange free in‑home product demos without pressure to sell.
• Represent a top‑rated brand and uphold company standards during all interactions.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated individuals eager to put effort into results.
• Outgoing, well‑spoken, and comfortable with human interaction.
• Availability for afternoon and evening shifts (12 pm – 8 pm).
• Physical ability to stand, walk, stoop, bend, and work outdoors for 6‑8 hours per day.

Required skills

What we offer

• Base hourly pay plus uncapped performance bonuses.
• Average first‑year earnings of $55,000‑$75,000, with top reps earning $85,000+.
