Field Marketer – Home Improvement Services

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Field Marketer to join Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity company, and help homeowners discover our remodeling services. In this role you will engage directly with residents in your local area, introduce special offers, and schedule free in‑home product demonstrations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct door‑to‑door outreach in neighborhoods during afternoon and evening shifts (12 pm‑8 pm).
• Present the company’s home‑improvement services and current promotions in a friendly, informative manner.
• Generate interest and book complimentary in‑home product demos – no direct selling required.
• Represent a highly rated brand and maintain a professional appearance while working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Track interactions and follow‑up activities using company tools.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated individuals eager to learn sales and marketing fundamentals.
• Comfortable working evenings and weekends as needed.
• Outgoing, well‑spoken, and able to interact confidently with homeowners.
• Physically able to stand, walk, stoop, bend and reach for 6‑8 hours per day.

Required skills

• Base hourly wage plus uncapped performance bonuses; typical first‑year earnings $55 k‑$75 k (top performers exceed $85 k).
