Field Manager – Oversee Installation Operations

About the role

The Field Manager will lead daily field and installation operations for Renuity’s home‑improvement projects in the Philadelphia area. Reporting to senior leadership, you will ensure jobs are completed safely, on schedule, and to the company’s quality standards while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prioritize and oversee daily and weekly field activities, including installer and subcontractor scheduling and workload balancing.
• Review and approve job readiness, installation documentation, and project timelines, resolving issues that could affect delivery, quality, or customer satisfaction.
• Directly supervise, train, coach and evaluate W‑2 installers and 1099 subcontractors to maintain consistent execution of standards, safety, and quality.
• Interview, select, onboard and retain qualified installers and subcontractors, ensuring a compliant labor pipeline.
• Act as the escalation point for complex operational or customer issues and coordinate cross‑functionally with Production, Sales, Customer Service and Operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading field or installation teams in a construction or home‑improvement environment.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities with a focus on safety and quality.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with internal teams, installers, subcontractors and customers.
• Ability to work onsite in the Philadelphia region and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
