Field Enablement Manager – Cardiovascular

About the role

We are seeking a Field Enablement Manager to lead training and performance initiatives for our Cardiovascular field teams across the United States. The role partners with the MedTech business to ensure the sales force has the knowledge, tools, and resources needed to deliver innovative heart‑failure, electrophysiology and stroke solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and roll out comprehensive training programs for field representatives.
• Maintain and continuously improve the US field team playbook, ensuring consistent execution across all territories.
• Provide strategic resources, tools and performance metrics to drive field effectiveness.
• Collaborate with product, medical and commercial partners to align training content with the latest cardiovascular innovations.
• Monitor training impact and adjust programs to meet evolving market and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in field enablement, sales training or related roles within healthcare or MedTech.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities to influence cross‑functional teams.
• Passion for cardiovascular therapies and a commitment to improving patient outcomes.
• Ability to travel to multiple states as needed.
