Field Customer Development Representative

About the role

Join one of the fastest‑growing remodeling companies in the United States as a Field Customer Development Representative. You will work directly with prospective homeowners, presenting Home Genius Exteriors' top‑rated products and services while building your sales expertise in a high‑energy environment.

Key responsibilities

• Connect with new clients and schedule inspection appointments.
• Promote our top‑rated remodeling products and services through face‑to‑face presentations.
• Engage customers on‑site, answering questions and highlighting value.
• Participate in weekly training sessions to sharpen sales and product knowledge.

Required profile

• 18 years or older; no prior experience or formal education required.
• Strong communication and people skills; confident, motivated, and eager to grow.
• Flexible schedule: weekdays 11 am–7 pm and four weekend days per month.

What we offer

• Base pay $17.25–$22 per hour (potential $25–$35+ with bonuses).
