Field Applications Engineer Rotational Development Program

About the role

Join Texas Instruments for a 12‑month Field Applications Engineer (FAE) development program. You will rotate through three technical‑sales assignments and finish with a headquarters experience in Dallas, gaining hands‑on expertise in customer solutions and TI product ecosystems.

Key responsibilities

• Work directly with customers in the Field Sales Office to solve design challenges, analyze trade‑offs, and select optimal components.
• Scale sales actions across the Mass Market segment, creating efficient processes and leveraging automation.
• Collaborate with Business Unit/Systems Engineering & Marketing to integrate TI components into system‑level solutions, including schematic capture, PCB layout, and board bring‑up.
• Participate in an international relocation (China, Germany, or India) for one rotation.
• Complete a four‑week headquarters immersion in Dallas, building networks with key stakeholders.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or early‑career engineer eager to become a technical TI expert.
• Strong analytical mindset with interest in both engineering and business perspectives.
• Willingness to relocate internationally for a three‑month assignment.
