Feed Delivery Supervisor – 2nd Shift

About the role

The Feed Delivery Supervisor on the 2nd shift ensures accurate, safe, and efficient feed deliveries for Wayne Farms' vertically integrated poultry operations. You will manage dispatchers, coordinate with haul contractors, and maintain compliance with FSMA and other regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage feed mill dispatchers, providing direction and corrective actions as needed.
• Coordinate with feed haul contractors to guarantee timely and accurate feed deliveries and returns.
• Supervise loading, delivery, and pickup of feed, ensuring safety and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate data in the MTech system, create feed and dispatch orders, and reconcile feed invoices.
• Communicate with growers, technicians, and drivers to resolve delivery and pickup issues.
• Track truck logs, monitor feed deliveries/pickups, and ensure compliance with company policies, FSMA, and all applicable laws.
• Assist with employee training, relationship building, and performance management.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• 3+ years of clerical or dispatch experience.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience.
• Good communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Basic accounting knowledge (debits, credits, etc.).
• Familiarity with CDL equipment and DOT regulations (preferred).
• Experience using computer‑based dispatch software (e.g., MTech).
