Fed/Wire/ACH Specialist – Electronic Services

About the role

The Fed/Wire/ACH Specialist is responsible for a broad range of electronic banking services, including sending and documenting wire transfers, ACH files and returns. The role also supports Online Business Banking customers with wire and ACH inquiries while maintaining professional relationships with external agencies.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the timely and accurate performance of the Fed Wire/ACH division.
• Maintain precise account and file records and support related functions.
• Develop and sustain effective communication with customers, support agencies, and trade contacts.
• Coordinate with bank personnel and management to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
