About the role
We are seeking a Federal Work‑Study student to support the General Education Department at South Georgia Technical College in Americus. The role provides hands‑on office experience while accommodating your class schedule.
Key responsibilities
- File documents, make copies, and perform bulk scanning.
- Enter data, process word documents, and type correspondence.
- Answer phone calls, distribute memos, and handle faxing and shredding.
- Run errands and provide general clerical support as needed.
Required profile
- Enrolled for the Fall 2026 semester taking at least six credit hours.
- Eligible for Federal Work‑Study and receiving Federal Student Aid.
- Maintain satisfactory academic progress.
- Pass a criminal background check and complete required HR paperwork.
