F&B Crew Member - Trailhead Lodge

About the role

Trailhead Lodge, a year-round basecamp for adventure in Central Oregon, is hiring a Food & Beverage Crew Member. This is a hands-on, guest-facing part-time position in the lodge's café and communal spaces, combining food preparation, beverage service and guest interaction in a fast-paced, casual setting. Interviews are held in person in Bend, OR, and candidates must be able to attend them; no relocation assistance is offered.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve food and beverage, including grab-and-go items, light fare, coffee, beer, wine and non-alcoholic drinks
• Follow recipes, portioning and presentation standards, and maintain cleanliness, organization and food safety
• Support basic kitchen operations such as ingredient prep, stocking and organization
• Work under the direction of the Guest Experience Supervisor/Manager, with growth potential toward supervisor responsibilities
• Support Events and Activities during busy periods or staffing gaps, and act as an escalation point for guest concerns
• Help reinforce guest service training and standards across the lodge

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED
• Prior F&B experience and at least 3 years in a similar role
• Outgoing personality, strong communication skills and comfort with guests
• Ability to stay calm and solution-oriented in fast-paced settings
• Minimum age 21
• Oregon Food Handler Card and OLCC Alcohol Service Permit
• Ability to shovel snow and walk on steep, uneven ground

• Hotel PMS (e.g., Stay N Touch, Cloudbeds, Roommaster, Maestro, Mews)
• OTA and channel management platforms (e.g., SiteMinder)
• Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
• POS and reservation systems
