About the role

As a Brand Assistant at Phoebe Jon, you will work directly with the founder and gain exposure to every facet of building an emerging fashion brand. This full‑time, on‑site position in Midtown offers a hands‑on experience in a fast‑growing apparel company.

Key responsibilities

  • Support product development and production processes.
  • Assist with marketing initiatives and campaign execution.
  • Handle daily brand operations and administrative tasks.
  • Help bring collections and campaigns to life through coordination with design, merchandising, and sales teams.
  • Take ownership of projects as the company scales.

Required profile

  • Curious and resourceful, eager to learn all parts of the fashion business.
  • Strong problem‑solving mindset and proactive attitude.
  • Highly organized with keen attention to detail.
  • Comfortable thriving in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
  • Passionate about fashion, branding, and business operations.
