About the role

The Beausejour Primary Health Care Centre is seeking a dedicated Family Physician to join its team serving Beausejour, Manitoba and surrounding communities. The role involves a blend of office practice, outpatient and long‑term care coverage, as well as participation in the Emergency Room rotation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive family medicine services in a community clinic setting.
• Deliver outpatient care and manage personal care home patients.
• Participate in the Emergency Room coverage rotation on a scheduled basis.
• Collaborate with two existing family physicians to ensure continuous service across the region.
• Contribute to on‑call schedules for both office and hospital settings.

Required profile

• Board‑certified or eligible Family Physician.
• Willingness to work in a rural‑community environment.
• Ability to balance office practice with inpatient and emergency responsibilities.
• Commitment to serving the local population and surrounding areas.
