Family Medicine Physician (Full‑Time)

About the role

Join CHRISTUS Trinity Clinic, a leading multispecialty group in Texas, as a Board‑Certified/Board‑Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician. You will work in a physician‑led environment that emphasizes quality care, community well‑being, and work‑life balance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to an established panel of 18‑20 patients per day.
• Utilize AI‑integrated tools to streamline documentation and enhance patient interactions.
• Collaborate with a team of 5 Family Medicine physicians, 5 pediatricians, and 3 APCs.
• Participate in clinic operations, including use of on‑site lab, imaging, urgent care, and physical therapy services.

Required profile

• Board‑Certified or Board‑Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Commitment to a mission‑driven, faith‑based organization.
• Willingness to work Monday‑Friday, 8:00 AM‑5:00 PM.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Epic EMR in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
