Family Building Consultant – Inside Sales (Donor Egg)

About the role

CooperSurgical is seeking a high‑performing Family Building Consultant to join its global Inside Sales team. The role focuses on guiding families through frozen donor egg plans, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving revenue across the fertility journey.

Key responsibilities

• Educate families on frozen donor egg options and help them make informed decisions.
• Guide patients from initial contact through contract, financing, and ongoing family‑building milestones.
• Handle inbound and outbound communications (calls, emails, chat) while maintaining client privacy.
• Enroll clients in the CRM system, conduct follow‑up calls, and manage lead conversion.
• Achieve and exceed sales quotas and operational goals through disciplined prospecting and upselling.
• Identify, develop, and secure direct sales opportunities, including cross‑selling and add‑on sales.

Required profile

• Proven inside sales experience, preferably in the fertility or medical device sector.
• Strong business acumen with a results‑driven mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust with families.
• Demonstrated ownership, goal orientation, and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Experience using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform.
