Fall 2026 Product Development Internship

About the role

tarte™ is seeking enthusiastic senior college students for a Fall 2026 Product Development Internship in its New York City office. The role offers hands‑on exposure to the creation of cruelty‑free, high‑performance cosmetics and the chance to collaborate with industry leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day activities within the Product Development department.
• Take ownership of assigned daily and weekly tasks and deliver results.
• Attend trainings and speaking engagements led by tarte™ leaders across various functions.
• Work closely with cross‑functional leaders to complete independent projects.
• Develop teamwork, analytical and strategic thinking abilities through real‑world assignments.

Required profile

• Current student at an accredited college, senior year preferred.
• Available to work on‑site in New York City for the fall semester.
• Ability to multitask and stay flexible in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong teamwork, organization and communication skills.
• Excellent written and interpersonal abilities.
