About the role

Join the Logistics Material Flow team at Bosch’s Charleston, SC manufacturing plant as a Fall 2026 Logistics & Packaging Science co‑op. You will work alongside experienced logistics engineers to optimise material flow and support high‑speed production.

Key responsibilities

• Apply Lean Manufacturing principles and the Bosch Production System to improve material flow.
• Conduct value‑stream mapping and identify bottlenecks in internal and external processes.
• Support Industry 4.0 projects, including RFID implementation and deployment of autonomous mobile robots.
• Maintain and update Plan‑for‑Every‑Part (PFEP) documentation for inventory control.
• Develop standardized work instructions, including milk‑run delivery procedures.
• Assist in analysing and improving receiving and shipping operations.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a logistics, supply chain, industrial engineering or related programme.
• Strong analytical mindset with interest in manufacturing optimisation.
• Ability to work on‑site in Charleston, SC for the duration of the co‑op.
