About the role

Join Bosch Charleston for a Fall 2026 Logistics Co‑Op where you will support logistics planning, supply‑chain coordination, and production control. This on‑site, hands‑on experience is designed for engineering students eager to apply classroom knowledge to a high‑tech manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Update process documentation, operator instructions, guides, and forms.
• Conduct gage capability, OEE, and line utilization studies.
• Support engineers in troubleshooting specific problem areas.
• Perform analysis and decision‑making for assigned topics.
• Develop and execute improvement proposals based on data analysis.
• Update PFMEA documentation and provide SPC overview responsibilities.
• Assist with asset and capacity studies, product release processes (sample builds, PPAP), and change‑management projects.
• Participate in capital planning and quality‑concern reaction activities.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Packaging, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related engineering field.
• Strong collaborative and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail‑oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy.
• Passion for manufacturing excellence and optimizing complex systems.
