Facility Security Officer

About the role
The Facility Security Officer is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment across university facilities, ensuring compliance with research and campus security policies.
Key responsibilities
- Implement and enforce security policies and procedures for all campus facilities.
- Monitor access control systems and respond to security incidents.
- Coordinate with campus police, emergency services, and other stakeholders during investigations.
- Maintain accurate security records and reports.
- Support research compliance related to facility security.
Required profile
- Current affiliation with the University of Arkansas System (employee, student employee, or graduate assistant).
- Strong understanding of campus security practices and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
