Facility Maintenance Technician – 2nd Shift

About the role

Cresco Labs is looking for a reliable Facility Maintenance Technician to work the 2nd shift (Monday‑Friday, 4:00 pm – 12:30 am). You will keep the production and manufacturing environment in optimal condition, ensuring all building systems operate safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Complete daily work lists on time.
• Inspect HVAC, interior/exterior lighting, doors, roof, and general premises on a routine schedule.
• Maintain building systems such as lighting, HVAC, thermostats, life‑safety equipment, and security fencing.
• Repair mechanical equipment as directed.
• Perform electrical tasks including bulb and ballast replacement.
• Handle plumbing, painting, carpentry, and drywall patching as needed.
• Patrol the exterior for garbage and perform snow/salt or other groundwork.
• Assist with roof maintenance and repair work.

Required profile

• Ability to follow work lists and complete tasks promptly.
• Comfort working independently during night hours.
• Basic knowledge of building safety and security procedures.
