Facilities Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a Facilities Supervisor to oversee the day‑to‑day operation of buildings, systems and grounds across several North American sites for a market‑leading industrial manufacturing business. You will play a key part in supporting facility expansion, operational performance and workplace excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the upkeep and daily operations of facilities, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing and structural systems.
• Coordinate preventative and reactive maintenance to minimise operational disruption.
• Oversee external vendors and service contracts, ensuring quality, cost control and compliance.
• Partner with procurement to control facility‑related budgets and purchasing.
• Support safety compliance and work closely with internal stakeholders to meet regulatory standards.
• Lead or support improvement projects that enable site expansion and scalability.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of experience in facilities or site management, preferably in a manufacturing or multi‑site environment.
• Strong technical understanding of building systems and maintenance operations.
• Proven ability to manage vendors, contractors and service providers.
• Experience handling budgets with a cost‑conscious mindset.
• Knowledge of workplace safety standards and compliance requirements.
