Facilities Manager

About the role

Moog is looking for a Facilities Manager to oversee the safe, reliable and efficient operation of its Phoenix, AZ site, supporting engineering, laboratory and manufacturing activities for aerospace and defense missions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day facilities operations for office, engineering laboratory and manufacturing areas.
• Develop and execute preventive‑maintenance programs to improve reliability and reduce risk.
• Manage critical building infrastructure including HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, fire protection, compressed‑air, backup power and loading dock systems.
• Coordinate emergency repairs, business‑continuity actions and ensure compliance with codes and safety regulations.
• Select, negotiate and oversee contracts with service providers and contractors, monitoring performance and budget.
• Plan and deliver capital‑improvement projects such as office remodels, laboratory upgrades and infrastructure modernisation, maintaining schedules, budgets and risk‑mitigation plans.

Required profile

• Proven ability to lead facilities operations in a high‑performance engineering environment.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams including Engineering, Manufacturing, IT, Finance, Security and EHS.
