Facilities Maintenance Technician

About the role

We are looking for a Facilities Maintenance Technician to join the Facilities Department at Maverick Golf and Ranch Club, located just outside Fort Worth, TX. In this role you will ensure that all building systems and equipment operate reliably, contributing to the high‑quality experience expected by members and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine and corrective maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, roofing, and ground‑support equipment.
• Respond to maintenance calls, troubleshoot issues, and complete repairs promptly.
• Monitor equipment usage, manage spare‑part inventory, and follow work order and preventive‑maintenance procedures.
• Coordinate utility shutdowns/start‑ups, assist the Facilities Engineer with fire‑life safety, pool, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain buildings, temporary trailers, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental policies.
• Communicate with vendors, department heads, members, and guests regarding service impacts.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Proficiency with general maintenance tasks and hand tools.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, and carpentry.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings.
