Facilities Coordinator

About the role

The Airbus U.S. Manufacturing Facility in Mobile, AL is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to oversee third‑party service providers for site services on the Final Assembly Line. You will ensure that subcontracted maintenance activities such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work are coordinated and reported effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day facility operations for the Final Assembly Line.
• Coordinate and monitor subcontractor activities for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other maintenance contracts.
• Ensure timely reporting of service performance and compliance with contract terms.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align facility services with production schedules.

Required profile

• Experience in facilities or maintenance coordination within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple vendors.
• Effective communication with internal stakeholders and external service providers.
