Facilities Construction Supervisor – Travel Required

About the role

DT Midstream is seeking a Facilities Construction Supervisor to lead day‑to‑day planning and execution of construction projects across a multi‑state footprint. The role involves supervising both company and contractor personnel, ensuring projects meet company standards, schedules, and ROI expectations while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise employees responsible for planning and executing construction projects.
• Ensure facilities are built according to company standards, specifications, and permitting requirements.
• Coordinate construction schedules with internal teams and external contractors.
• Maintain up‑to‑date construction action plans and communicate priorities.
• Resolve escalated project issues with contractors, customers, and agencies.
• Review and approve as‑built drawings before contractor payment.
• Collaborate with construction planning on technical designs and cost‑effective installations.
• Identify and implement process improvements that increase efficiency.
• Monitor staff workload, productivity, and balance resources across projects.
• Lead continuous‑improvement efforts, establishing metrics and quality standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising construction teams and managing contractor performance.
• Strong knowledge of construction standards, permitting processes, and safety requirements.
• Ability to prioritize and plan projects in alignment with agreed schedules.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills for addressing project and scheduling challenges.
• Experience reviewing technical drawings and ensuring compliance before payment.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and process optimization.
