Expert in Materials Science (AI Training Specialist)

Main Responsibilities

• Design and develop original technical problems based on phase diagrams, microstructures, and stress-strain curves to evaluate AI model performance.
• Draft and review complex technical tasks to ensure high-quality training data for scientific AI.
• Create detailed reference solutions and implement structured quality control processes.
• Annotate datasets with deep scientific insights to optimize and improve AI model outputs.
• Work autonomously in an asynchronous environment with a flexible schedule.

Profile Required

• PhD in Materials Science, Metallurgy, or a related field; OR a Master's degree with 3+ years of experience; OR a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience.
• Proven ability to interpret complex scientific data including micrographs, diffraction patterns, and property graphs.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
• A track record of research publications or industrial R&D experience is highly preferred.

Required Skills

• Advanced expertise in Phase Equilibria, Mechanical Behavior, or Crystallography.
• Proficiency in Polymer Science or Material Characterization (XRD, SEM, TEM).
• Technical writing and scientific problem-solving.
• Data annotation and quality assurance for technical datasets.
