Experienced Paralegal – Litigation / Casualty Defense

About the role

The Law Offices of Marshall Dennehey is seeking an experienced litigation paralegal to support its civil defense practice in Jacksonville, Florida. This full‑time, hybrid position offers the chance to work on complex products liability, trucking, premises and construction injury matters within a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Obtain, review, and analyze medical, financial, tax and employment records.
• Create detailed medical and factual chronologies, trial notebooks, exhibits and witness files.
• Compile and manage discovery documents, transcripts, and evidence databases.
• Maintain organized electronic and physical case files and generate status reports, logs and case indexes.
• Coordinate with clients, courts, opposing counsel and support services, and correspond with parties as needed.
• Conduct legal and medical research, including review of expert materials and qualifications.
