We are dedicated to representing employees facing discrimination, harassment, or retaliation, and we are looking for a dedicated Legal Assistant to support our attorneys in high-stakes litigation from filing to trial.

Missions principales

• Draft mediation memorandums and prepare essential judicial forms.
• Format and track discovery requests to ensure procedural compliance.
• Manage and organize case files using Litify software.
• Create and manage Dropbox links for secure document sharing.
• Handle the service of legal documents and coordinate with clients and opposing counsel.
• Provide critical assistance in launching arbitration proceedings.

Profil recherché

• Proven experience in a legal support role, preferably in litigation.
• Strong desire to advocate for employee rights and social justice.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Competences requises

• Proficiency in Litify or similar legal case management software.
• Strong legal drafting and document formatting skills.
• Expertise in discovery processes and judicial filing procedures.
• Excellent communication skills for client and counsel coordination.
