About the role
The Senior Analyst, Data & Quality Engineering will lead knowledge management, operational intelligence, and continuous service improvement for MedTech R&D applications. This role enables scalable support models, AI‑ready content, and data‑driven decisions to enhance service performance and user experience.
Key responsibilities
- Own and mature R&D Knowledge Management practices, governance, and standards, ensuring knowledge assets are validated and used across incident and service request processes.
- Develop and maintain operational intelligence capabilities, creating dashboards, scorecards, and performance insights for leadership.
- Monitor and measure support operations using KPIs, benchmark performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Partner with product, operations, and reliability teams to improve service reliability, observability, and problem management.
- Maintain CMDB accuracy and governance, validating application metadata and service mappings.
- Enable AI‑driven support experiences by ensuring knowledge assets are structured for AI consumption.
