About the role

Jobot is seeking experienced agency recruiters to join its remote‑first team. You will use cutting‑edge technology to connect talented candidates with great opportunities across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Leverage Jobot’s proprietary recruiting platform Jax and AI assistant Jeni to source, assess, and place candidates.
• Work with candidates and clients across diverse industries, skill sets, and geographies.
• Maintain a strong track record of successful placements in an agency environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of agency recruiting experience.
• Demonstrated success in full‑cycle recruiting.
• Commitment to high standards, collaboration, and kindness.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Jax recruiting software.
• Experience using AI tools such as Jeni for talent acquisition.
