Experience Planner

About the role

As an Experience Planner you will craft memorable vacation experiences for guests before they even arrive at the resort. You will learn the resort’s activities and dining options and use that knowledge to recommend personalized itineraries for couples, families, or groups.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a storyteller and educator, describing resort amenities to guests.
• Reserve activities and dining requests for guests both on‑site and in the local area.
• Handle high‑volume phone calls and emails with accuracy and professionalism.
• Log guest requests, follow up promptly, and maintain detailed records.
• Multi‑task between phone, computer, and guest conversations while maintaining attention to detail.
• Provide pre‑arrival information and assistance regarding resort activities.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years of customer‑service experience.
• Positive, upbeat attitude and strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays as business demands.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.
