Experience Planner

About the role

The Experience Planner at Montage International creates memorable vacation experiences by guiding guests through the resort’s activities, dining options, and amenities before they arrive. You will act as a storyteller, understanding each guest’s preferences and crafting personalized itineraries that match their travel style.

Key responsibilities

• Describe the resort’s offerings to guests and act as an educator and storyteller.
• Reserve activities, dining, and local experiences based on guest requests.
• Answer telephone calls and emails professionally, providing accurate information.
• Log guest requests in the system and follow up promptly.
• Multi‑task between phone, computer, and guest conversations while maintaining high attention to detail.
• Work in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment, including weekends, nights, and holidays as needed.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years of customer‑service experience.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Positive, upbeat attitude and willingness to learn.
• Availability to work weekends, nights, and holidays based on business demand.
