Experience Manager – Resident Services

About the role

The Experience Manager is the primary point of contact for residents, ensuring a welcoming environment and driving satisfaction, retention, and occupancy goals. Working closely with Greystar’s centralized leasing team, the role blends resident services with leasing support to create a seamless living experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute resident activities, events, and programs that foster community engagement.
• Oversee the lease renewal process, managing communications, notifications, and assisting with move‑outs.
• Deliver a smooth move‑in experience that makes new residents feel welcomed and valued.
• Respond promptly and courteously to resident inquiries, concerns, and requests, resolving issues and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Support the central leasing team by coordinating community tours and leasing activities.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with a proactive approach to resident relations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Experience in residential property or community management is preferred.
