Expeditor – Procurement & Materials Support

About the role

Environmental Air Systems is seeking a highly organized Expeditor to keep procurement, materials, and delivery processes running smoothly. The role supports project teams, warehouse staff, accounting, and vendors to ensure that supplies arrive on time and invoices are processed accurately.

Key responsibilities

• Track purchase orders from creation through delivery and update order status in the ERP system.
• Contact suppliers for shipping dates, delivery updates, and expedited material requests.
• Coordinate with project managers, procurement, warehouse, production, and accounting to prioritize material needs.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records, supplier information, and delivery schedules.
• Perform three‑way matching of purchase orders, receiving documents, and vendor invoices.
• Resolve discrepancies related to delivery, proof of delivery, receiving, and invoicing.
• Generate reports on order status, supplier performance, and late deliveries.
• Support process‑improvement initiatives to boost delivery performance and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in procurement, purchasing, logistics, inventory control, supply chain, construction, manufacturing, warehouse operations, or ERP systems is preferred.
