About the role

Beast Industries is seeking an Executive Recruiter to lead executive and leadership hiring across its diverse media, entertainment, and consumer product businesses. You will partner directly with founders, C‑suite executives, and senior leaders to identify and secure top talent that will drive the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle executive and leadership searches from intake to accepted offer.
• Partner with senior leaders to define role requirements, success profiles, search strategies, and candidate scorecards.
• Build executive market maps, identify target companies, and engage exceptional passive talent.
• Assess candidates for leadership capability, functional expertise, organizational fit, and long‑term potential.
• Provide market intelligence, compensation insights, and talent‑market trends to guide hiring decisions.
• Drive alignment across hiring teams through structured candidate calibration and regular search updates.
• Develop and maintain executive talent pipelines for priority business functions.
• Manage retained search firms and external recruiting partners when engaged.

Required profile

• Proven success leading end‑to‑end executive searches for Director, VP, SVP, and C‑level roles in high‑growth, founder‑led, technology, digital media, or consumer product organizations.
• Experience partnering directly with founders, C‑suite executives, and senior business leaders.
• Strong ability to assess leadership capability and organizational fit.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
