Executive Protection & Corporate Security Training Manager

About the role

The Executive Protection & Corporate Security Training Manager leads the design, implementation and oversight of security programs for executives, high‑profile events and all employees. Reporting to senior leadership, the manager ensures that protection measures and training initiatives align with corporate risk‑management objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive protection plans for CEOs, VIPs and other high‑risk individuals.
• Direct day‑to‑day operations of the executive protection team, including travel security and on‑site support.
• Design, deliver and continuously improve a corporate security training curriculum covering situational awareness, personal safety and emergency response.
• Conduct regular drills, simulations and assessments to validate employee readiness.
• Analyze threats, produce risk assessments and coordinate incident response across all CBI locations, especially in Mexico.
• Manage relationships with security vendors, law‑enforcement agencies and external consultants.
• Ensure optimal performance of surveillance, access‑control and alarm systems.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing executive protection programs and corporate security training.
• Strong analytical skills with a track record of conducting threat analyses and risk assessments.
• Ability to collaborate with senior leadership, HR, legal and communications teams.
• Excellent communication and decision‑making under pressure.
