Executive Presentation Designer – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Presentation Designer to create visually compelling, polished presentations for our clients. This remote contract position offers flexible hours (10‑40 hrs/week) and the opportunity to work with consulting and finance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Create high‑impact presentations using advanced PowerPoint and design techniques.
• Collaborate with client teams to translate complex concepts and data into clear visual narratives.
• Review and enhance existing materials for clarity, consistency, and brand alignment.
• Provide expert feedback to support the training of AI systems in design and communication best practices.
• Ensure all deliverables follow established style guides and client specifications.
• Stay current with presentation design trends and incorporate best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing presentations for leading consulting or finance firms.
• Expert‑level proficiency in PowerPoint and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, visual hierarchy, and layout.
• Track record of managing multiple projects in a deadline‑driven environment.
